To Carnivore Or Not To Carnivore?

It's fascinating how the carnivore diet has sparked such debate!


I am by no means an expert in this field but I do have a health background and a sound knowledge on how to research topics and their validity.


My key point – the lack of long-term research. It's hard to compare it to decades of studies backing balanced diets rich in vitamins and minerals. Those established benefits are hard to ignore. The potential risks, like increased cholesterol and kidney issues, are definitely concerning. Short-term results might be tempting, but the long-term health implications are a serious question mark.




I'm interested in hearing others' opinions as well! Has anyone looked into strategies to reduce these risks while following the carnivore diet? Or are there other methods that provide comparable benefits with better-known safety records?
