Each type of massage offers substantial benefits and can enhance your overall well-being, so it's essential to choose the one that best suits your current needs.

Remedial Massage: Each session is customized to meet the needs of the client and can differ greatly depending on the condition that needs to be addressed. The therapist evaluates the client's problems to decide on the most effective method of treatment. It employs advanced techniques like deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. These approaches use strong pressure on targeted areas to reduce pain and tension. This usually entails applying more intense pressure, which might result in some discomfort during the session. The emphasis is on tackling underlying problems, often necessitating deeper muscle manipulation.

Relaxation Massage: Follows a slow and steady routine aimed at whole-body relaxation, delivering an experience for those looking to alleviate stress. This involves gentle, long flowing strokes, light to medium kneading, and rhythmic tapping, aimed at creating a sense of calm and deep relaxation. The experience is usually enhanced with relaxing music and aromatherapy oils.

As a practicing Relaxation Massage Therapist who has also studied Remedial Massage, I love being able to give my clients an experience that they will want to come back for time and time again. In my warm and calming environment, they are able to lie back and drift away to the sound of calming music, aromatherapy scents, and therapeutic touch.
